He is Chairman of the Board of Freiberger and a board member of Dan Hotels, BGN Technologies Ltd. (the technology transfer company of Ben Gurion University), and other private companies, and has served as Chairman of the Board of Elbit Systems, since 2023.
David Federmann holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and philosophy from New York University.

He received his doctorate in Jewish history from the Hebrew University, in 1982, and has held teaching and research positions, for more than 40 years. He has authored some forty books and scholarly articles on a range of topics. He is president and board member of several academic organizations.

From 2006 to 2007, he moved temporarily to the Federal Chancellery, and served, among other things, as coordinator for bureaucracy reduction. From 2008, he also served as the federal government's IT representative at the Federal Ministry of the Interior.
He studied law in Marburg, Tübingen and Münster and has been working as a lawyer, since 2014.

Throughout her diplomatic career, Aliza Bin-Noun served as Israel's Ambassador to France and Monaco and Ambassador to Hungary. She also held numerous senior positions at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, including Head of the Diplomatic Bureau of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Head of the Division for International Affairs at the Center for Political Research, and Diplomatic Adviser to the Director General. Earlier in her career, she served at Israeli embassies in Denmark and Eswatini.
Ambassador Bin-Noun holds a master's degree in African studies and bachelor's degrees in international relations as well as French culture and language, all from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Since 2000, she has been a judge at the Administrative Court in Berlin (during her husband's first term, she was on leave). She is a patron of UNICEF, board member of the "Initiative Klischeefrei" and is committed to equal rights, educational justice and equal opportunities for young people.

In 2022 she published together with the transplantation physician Eckhard Nagel the book "Der Tod ist mir nicht unvertraut". Since 2023 she is also on the board of trustees for the German Stroke Foundation (Stiftung Deutsche Schlaganfall-Hilfe).

Gisela Dachs is the author of several books on Israel and the Middle East and regularly gives lectures on these topics. She has been the editor and author of Länderbericht Israel (Country Report Israel), on behalf of the Federal Agency for Civic Education (BpB), and of the Jüdischer Almanach (Jewish Almanac) for the Leo Baeck Institute Jerusalem. She studied literature and philosophy at the Sorbonne in Paris and earned her doctorate from the Department of Communication Studies at Tel Aviv University.

Her publications on social, cultural, and political history, history of emotions and on gender history have been published in numerous languages. She is a member of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences Leopoldina and the Council of the Berlin-Brandenburg Academy of Sciences and member of the Board at the Van Leer Jerusalem Institute, among others.

From 2003 to 2009, Florian Hahn served as Deputy Head of Policy and Party Affairs for the CSU and as State Executive Director of the Junge Union (Young Union) in Bavaria. In 2014, he became the spokesperson for foreign affairs, EU affairs, and defense for the CSU parliamentary group in the Bundestag. From 2018 to 2021, he served as the spokesperson on European policy for the CDU/CSU parliamentary group, and from 2021 to 2025, as its spokesperson on defense policy.
Florian Hahn holds a degree in electronics marketing and worked as a lecturer at the Bavarian Academy for Advertising and Marketing. Prior to his political career, he held positions at Gast Service AG and worked in press and public relations at Krauss-Maffei-Wegmann.

She holds a bachelor's degree in Medical Imaging and Social Sciences from Bar-Ilan University and a master's degree in International Relations from Haifa University. As a member of the Knesset, she served as co-chair of the Israel-Germany Inter-Parliamentary Friendship Group. In 2024, she founded the consulting firm GKM Global Consulting LLC.

Prior to his appointment as Ambassador in Germany, Prosor was the head of the Abba Eban Institute of International Diplomacy at the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya (IDC), from 2015 on, as well as Professor of Practice for International Diplomacy, from 2021 to 2022.
As a writer and columnist, his opinion articles have appeared in The New York Times, The Guardian, The Times, and more.

Guy Rotkopf was also a faculty member and law lecturer at the School of Law at The College of Management Academic Studies (COLMAN) in Israel. He holds a Ph.D. from the Faculty of Law at Bar-Ilan University, an LL.M. from Duke University School of Law, and an LL.B. with honors from The College of Management Academic Studies.
Guy Rotkopf is married, a father of three daughters, and lives in Tel Aviv.
