The terrible events since 7 October have affected all of our friends and partners in Israel in a direct and personal way. Here are just a few examples of the important work our extensive network and partners are doing to support those affected communities. If you would like to make a donation to support the work of these organisations, please see below.
This list is constantly being updated.

The brutal Hamas attacks spared no one, and refugees’ communities in Israel were also among the victims. Assaf, an aid organization for refugees and asylum seekers, is trying to assist with the many challenges and obstacles they are now dealing with, in addition to the difficult situation in normal days: vulnerability due to the “invisibility” of their communities, lack of access to secured shelters, limited possibilities of evacuation from war zones, loss of income and lack of economic and social safety net, deterioration in mental health, and lack of access to reliable information.

New Dawn in the Negev
October 7 deeply impacted the Bedouin communities in southern Israel. A population of tens of thousands, some residing in unprotected tents, suffered casualties, injuries, and at least 2 individuals remain hostage in Gaza. Alongside the significant emotional toll, many struggle to sustain their livelihoods as their work was often in now-evacuated towns and kibbutzim. New Dawn in the Negev and partner organizations are striving to offer immediate assistance by providing food distribution, essential supplies, a psychological emergency helpline, and access to Arabic-speaking therapists.
