On the occasion of International Women's Day, the Federal Agency for Civic Education (BpB) organized a panel discussion on the topic of "Jewish Feminism Yesterday and Today", in cooperation with Aviva Magazine. The digital event bpb:salon took place as part of the project "Jewish Women in Germany after 1945 – Memories, Fractures, Perspectives". Dr. Tamara Or discussed the history of Jewish women and their challenges in the present and future, together with Laura Cazés from the The Central Welfare Board of Jews in Germany (ZWST), the author and museum employee Juna Grossmann and the rabbi and professor of Jewish Studies at the University of Paderborn Prof. Dr. Elise Klapheck.
