At the discussion round initiated by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection (BMWK) titled "The Hour of Probation: on German-Israeli relations and the effects of the war on Germany", PD Dr Tamara Or gave a lecture in which she contextualized the start of the war and its effects. In doing so, she addressed much-discussed concepts of German-Israeli relations, in particular the guarantee of Israeli security by the German state and the German reason of state, and pointed out possible future scenarios for German-Israeli relations.
